Sprinticity Group Training

Our unique community brings together athletes of all ages and ability levels with the common goal of getting faster. This is not your typical running club with long, slow runs; this is holistic athletic development.

Training sessions will begin with a whole group warm-up with technical instruction and feedback. Workouts are conducted in smaller groups to provide athletes with different options based on personal training goals.
